STRENGTH SATURDAY 

In this session we will cover a variation of squats and deadlifts. 

Starting with a specific warm up, leading into a quick stretch/ mobility routine. 

Next we will go through forms checks covering the basics then the main part of the workout is pushing the strength side of both lifts and finishing with a short circuit to burn out.
