AMRAP Group Class
This 45-minute session follows an AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) format, combining a range of strength and conditioning exercises. The class typically includes barbell complexes such as deadlifts, cleans, hang cleans, front squats, and push presses, alongside single and double arm dumbbell movements. Kettlebell exercises, bodyweight movements, and core work are also incorporated to target all major muscle groups.
